Our Approach

Our training is based around four fundamental platforms:
  • "Content" looks primarily at messaging: how to construct messages, weave them into speeches, presentations and interview answers and both create and maintain credibility.

  • "Verbal Communication" covers verbal factors, such as breathing, emphasis, speed, tone and vocal pattern to ensure delegates' voices support the messages they are delivering.

  • "Non-Verbal Communication" is important to support both the content and verbal communication. It includes personal appearance, body language, facial movement, eye movement and interview presentation location.

  • "Attitude of Mind" is the 'glue' that holds the other three components together. We work with each delegate to create the vital positive attitude towards however they wish to communicate and the messages they have to deliver. Without a well-trained, positive attitude of mind, the overall result will not be credible to the audience."
These four platforms of effective communication are integrated into the various workshop exercises. Throughout the course, we work with all our delegates to build their confidence and highlight the opportunity created by whatever type of communication they are delivering, allowing them to maximise the effectiveness..
